All vehicles are thoroughly inspected prior to your charter.  Any damage sustained to vehicles as a result of passengers misconduct and actions shall incur an additional  repair fee.  The persons or company who made the booking shall be responsible for payment of repair charges.    Alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles at any time by Australian law.  The driver reserves the right to refuse transport to any persons under the influence of alcohol or any  other drug.    At the drivers discretion termination of charter will occur for any unsociable or unruly behaviour.    State and Federal laws do not permit smoking in any passenger vehicles.    During charter passengers are not to interfere with the driver or touch apparatus on the vehicle.    Garbage bins are provided for use.  An additional cleaning fee will be issued if vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state.    All bookings are to be made via email or phone.  Confirmation from client must be made no later than 10 days prior to the charter date.    For private charters payment must be made 7 days prior to charter date.  An invoice will be issued for your convenience.    To secure your bookings in advance a deposit will be required.    Payments can be made via cheque, direct deposit or cash.  In the case of cheques used as prefered payment method, extra allowance must be made to ensure funds have  cleared prior to our normal terms of pre-payment.    Additional special terms or conditions may apply to a particular charter.  It is the passengers responsibility to discover these prior to charter date.  We will provide this upon  request.  We may also require a signed acknowledgement to any additional changes of our normal terms and conditions.    We reserve the right to refuse charter to any person(s) or group at any time.  Deposits or payments may or may not be refundable at our discretion.  Continue to Bookings Page © Seabourne 2011 2012 - Terms and Conditions - Webmaster : TasWIZ Web Design
