Terms & Conditions

Seabourne Coaches strives to ensure and enjoyable and safe travel experience and ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions in relation to our Booking Policy and Passenger Code of Conduct.

All vehicles are thoroughly inspected prior to your charter. Any damage sustained to vehicles as a result of passengers misconduct and actions shall incur an additional repair/cleaning fee. The persons or company who made the booking shall be responsible for payment of repair charges.

Alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles any at time by Australian Law. The driver reserves the right to refuse transport to any persons
under the influence of alcohol or any other drug.
At the drivers discretion termination of a charter will occur for any unsociable or unruly behaviour.
State and Federal laws do not permit smoking in any passenger vehicles.
During charters passengers are not to interfere with the driver or touch apparatus on the vehicle
Garbage bins are provided for use. An additional cleaning fee will be issued if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state.
If the charter times exceed the parameters of your quote there may be and additional charge.
All booking are to be made via email, phone or website.
To secure your booking in advance a deposit will be required. If there is a cancellation within 14 days prior to the charter the
deposit amount will be forfeited.
Full payment must be completed prior to the charter date unless an agreement has been made between the Company and the Client.
An invoice will be issued for your convenience.
Payment options for your convenience include direct bank deposit or credit card.
